Refund Policy

1) Refunds for physical products purchased through MTCGAME are possible in the following cases:

• The product you received does not match the description on MTCGAME.COM

• It is damaged or faulty.

• Delivery of a fully functional product is significantly delayed.

• You have chosen to return the product within 14 days of delivery. In that case, you do not have to specify a reason.

The seller is obliged to reimburse you the return costs only in the first two cases. In the rest they are not obliged to do so.

2) If you have any of the problems described above, contact Live Support.

3) Correspondence with our website may resolve some of the minor issues you may have with the product.

4) Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Sellers are aware of this and are committed to helping you solve problems. For reimbursement requests made after 14 days from delivery, sellers are no longer required to offer a refund.

5) The delivery of your product may sometimes be delayed without our fault or the courier. In this case, contact Live Support for updates and possible solutions. If delivery of a fully functional product has been significantly delayed, you are also entitled to a refund.
