Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery services, all products sold on MTCGAME (including but not limited to game keys, digital top-ups, gift cards, and other digital content) are considered final and non-refundable once delivered.
Delivery of digital products is considered completed when the digital code or product information is displayed in the customer's account dashboard and/or sent to the registered email address associated with the purchase.
Once a digital product has been issued or displayed, it cannot be withdrawn, canceled, returned, or exchanged.
All customers are required to review and accept our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before completing any purchase on our platform.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and payment methods. MTCGAME is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user accounts or shared login information.
If a digital product activation fails due to reasons not related to region restrictions, platform policies, or user error, customers may contact our Live Support Team for investigation and assistance.
MTCGAME reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of refund policies, or chargeback attempts after successful delivery of digital goods.
